"THE GAZETTE showed Azrieli’s sketches to McGill’s dean of architecture, Derek Drummond.
The sketches were superimposed over Attia’s hard-edged scaled plans.
Drummond said Azrieli’s sketches “clearly look to be traced.”

"If you believe otherwise, you are smoking something,” he added.

ASKED if Azrieli could have conceived or designed a project like the Shalom centre, he said:

This is a sophisticated design that requires an unbelievable concept of design and Building forms.
Not many architects could design something like that
